At ASTR the Label, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless you opt for an exchange or store credit.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print the provided return packing slip.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
